Amateur photography competitions – Roadshow Preparations

Amateur photography competitions - Help from the National Trust

I am always looking for new ways to improve my photography skills, and a part of that is learning about locations – good locations equal better opportunities to get those amazing photographs. Now, I wish to enter some amateur photography competitions this year. It is a good way for me to improve and compare myself to other people here in the UK. In connection to that I decided I would find the Dates for the National Trust Photography Roadshow. The Roadshow sources some great locations around the UK for shooting great photos – this will be perfect in preparation for some of the competitions! I am definitely going to Chirk Castle in Wrexham on June 18, and Lacock in Wiltshire on July 1. I hope that I will find time to join the Roadshow in more locations though, as I really wish to be as well prepared as possible for the amateur photography competitions. By the way, I should probably mention that the Roadshow is entirely free of charge – you just have to turn up on the day. How neat is that? I hope to see some of you there, and we can learn and improve together.
